A Soft Murmur is a free ambient noise site that allows you to customize your sounds. Everything from Singing Bowl to rain or coffee shop is available. There are more options available in the browser version than the android, but you can still get some basic sounds like rain and thunderstorm on your phone.
Noisli
Available: iOS, Android, Chrome, Browser
Noisli also allows you to customize your mix of sounds. in addition to being totally free, it offers mixes for things like productivity and relaxation.
Coffitivity
Available: iOS, Android, Browser
Coffitivity offers a series of mixes. Not all are free—some are only available for premium users. Still, their coffeehouse mix does the trick.
